Wander with Me: Group Travels

I started WanderwithKT to see the world, but I kept going because of the community we built along the way. These aren’t just itineraries; they are curated experiences designed to take the stress out of travel so you can focus on the “wow” alongside people who share similar interests and adventure goals.

Whether we’re navigating hidden trails or sharing a meal under the stars, these group trips are about finding your tribe in the most beautiful places on Earth. Check out our highlights from past adventures and grab your passport for what’s coming up!

The Tour du Mont Blanc

The Vibe: Mountain highs, shared snacks, & border crossing on foot.

If you’ve been dreaming of mountain views that don’t even look real, this is it. We’re taking on one of Europe’s most legendary circuits together, and let me tell you, every pass we climb is worth the sweat. We’ll be hiking right under those massive, jagged peaks and standing on spots like Col du Bonhomme and Grand Col Ferret, where the world just feels huge and wide open.

But this trip isn’t just about the miles; it’s about the “I can’t believe we’re here” moments. One day we’re trekking through French wildflower meadows, the next we’re crossing into Italy for espresso and mountain-town style in Courmayeur, before finally winding down into the postcard-perfect Swiss countryside (yes, there will be cows with bells). I truly can’t wait… they say you can just feel it when you’ve crossed a border!

The KT Highlights:

  • The “Border-Hop”: Waking up in France and walking into Italy.
  • The Alpine Dip: We’ll reach a variety of crystal-clear lakes where I’ll be daring at least a few of you to take a quick, icy “refreshing” plunge with me!
  • The Local Flavor: Think tiny hamlets like Les Chapieux for the best local cheese and cozy nights in mountain refuges.

There is something so special about the camaraderie that happens at the end of a long hiking day. We’ll spend our evenings in mountain inns, refueling with hearty regional plates and laughing about the day’s steep climbs. It’s a workout for your legs, but total soul-food for your spirit. I can’t wait to share this trail with you and hope you decide to join in on all of the fun.

Past Travels with KT

Adirondack Winter Weekend

This Winter Weekend in Lake Placid was our first group trip together, and it certainly lit a spark. It was many people’s first winter hiking experience, and we even cross-country skied.

ADK Backpacking

After some people expressed an interest in backpacking, but not knowing where to begin, we planned an overnight weekend hike in the Tongue Range on Lake George.

Catskills Camping

We car camped, hiked in the rain, ate at the snazziest little diner, and had a camp-cuterie around the campfire. It was a lovely weekend together in the outdoors, even with the rain!

Adirondack Winter Weekend

We had so much fun last year, we needed to do it again! We stayed in the same house, woke up for epic sunrise hikes, and relaxed in the sauna and hot tub at night!

Acadia Weekend Getaway

They may be family, but they trusted me to plan a full beginner’s itinerary for Acadia National Park for 9 of us. We saw some of the best sights in the park together!
